During Hong Kong's nationwide protest for freedom (Anti-Extradition Law Amendment Bill Movement) against China that took place in 2019. This piece won an award for its layout design.

WE'VE COME TO A CROSSROADS
A cover story that took a look at the decline of brick and mortar stores - more specifically, the rise and fall of Omaha's Crossroads Mall. This piece was one of the last articles with photos inside the mall that has since been demolished.

THE IRONY IN VICTORIA'S SECRET PINK
This story critiqued Victoria's Secret/PINK's 2019 body-positive movement campaign following backlash of their continuous use of unrealistic models, comments made by owners, and exclusive-sizing. The article calls for inclusivity, especially for a brand that advertises itself to young people (and more specifically, women).
