Ashtyn Tridle

Hi! My name is Ashtyn and I am a University of Nebraska-Lincoln student that will graduate in May of 2023. I am majoring in News Broadcasting and Global Studies (with an emphasis on Asian studies, global development, and human rights) and I minor in Global Leadership. I'm a first-generation college student and a sister of Delta Xi Nu Multicultural Sorority, inc. 

 

I have had the opportunity to study abroad at Ewha Womans University for a couple of semesters to further my Korean language skills and learn about Korean culture, economy, and history. Through of all of this, I have been able to further my leadership skills across the board and implement them everywhere I go.

In my personal life - I love cute, pink things. I also love makeup and skincare, Haruki Murakami's literary works, and playing with my cats.

I currently am a Sales and Services Coordinator for Sephora Village Pointe. Here, I help plan and execute events, provide training on new products, and educate my store on cultural events that are occurring around the world. In January, I took over the store's Instagram (@SephoraVillagePointe) and have seen (and celebrated) the increased engagements with followers. Looking forward, the goal is to have an active and engaging social media presence in the Omaha-metro area while also strengthening relations with other Sephora retail locations across the United States and the world.
